Yes — all aesthetic procedures are performed by GMC-registered clinicians in our CQC-registered clinic. We follow strict clinical protocols and never delegate injectable procedures to unqualified staff.
Most patients experience minimal discomfort. We use very fine needles and offer topical anaesthetic for sensitive areas like the lips or under-eyes. Mild redness or swelling is normal but usually resolves within a day or two.
Yes. You must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment. We do not offer cosmetic procedures to anyone under 18, even with parental consent. Our doctors will also assess whether a treatment is appropriate based on your skin condition, goals, and overall health.
