While the NHS provides excellent care, many patients experience extended wait times for appointments. Our clinics provide accessible and affordable care, so you can get same-day GP appointments without the wait. We have highly experienced GPs in Leicester who can diagnose, treat, and manage all the conditions you’d expect your NHS doctor to handle.
Our doctors take the time you need, with no strict time limits and none of the rushed 10-minute appointments common in the NHS. All consultations are with GMC-registered GPs with years of NHS experience, so you’re getting the same quality of care, just faster.
We believe good healthcare starts with listening. Our doctors take the time to properly understand your concerns, explain your options clearly, and support you. Whether it’s for an urgent illness, a long-term condition, blood tests, or a specialist referral.

You’ll find us right in the heart of Leicester on Princess Road West, opposite the Holiday Inn and around 30 seconds from Leicester Cathedral.

We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it. Most patients remain registered with their NHS GP and use our services when time-sensitive care is needed.

We know visiting a private clinic for the first time can feel a bit uncertain. Here is what happens:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early (there's parking on Princess Road West—pay-and-display, but it's usually quiet). You may fill in a quick health questionnaire in our waiting area. Help yourself to tea, coffee, or water while you wait.
This isn't like an NHS appointment where you feel rushed. Our Leicester doctors will take time to listen. Here's what typically happens:
Immediately following the consultation, you'll get:
Blood results? If you had blood tests, or one of our complete health screens, results are typically back within 24 hours. We email you a full report, with the GP’s breakdown of what everything means - follow up appointments are free & we'll call you to discuss results.
We can also share everything with your NHS GP (with your permission, of course) so there's to ensure continuity of care.

Absolutely. That's what most patients do. They stay registered with their NHS GP for routine, continuous care but consult with us when they need something urgently—like blood tests, or a specialist referral that may take months or years on the NHS.
We're happy to share our findings with your NHS GP (with your permission) so there's no gap in your care.
Phone consultations are £59 - we try to make all our appointment costs as affordable as possible. We see many students from University of Leicester and De Montfort University who may still be registered at the home address.
Yes—£295 within 5 miles of Leicester city centre. Available 7 days a week. Our GP brings full medical equipment and can perform blood tests at your home if required.
