We know visiting a private clinic for the first time can feel a bit uncertain. Here is what happens:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early (there's parking on Princess Road West—pay-and-display, but it's usually quiet). You may fill in a quick health questionnaire in our waiting area. Help yourself to tea, coffee, or water while you wait.

Most UK health insurance (BUPA, AXA, Vitality) won't cover routine GP visits, but we'll give you an invoice to claim back - depending on your policy. International insurance like BUPA often covers medical consultations and tests - please call them prior to your appointment.

We endeavour to fit you in on the same day. We operate from 8am to 7pm weekdays, and Saturday mornings till 1pm.
